Continuing Education

The Continuing Education Department at South Georgia Technical College offers short-term personal and professional development courses to the general public in a wide variety of subject areas. Courses through Continuing Education are designed for quick skills training, professional development, and personal enrichment. While these courses will not lead to a college diploma or degree, they will provide you with improved skills and training that can have a positive impact on your career and personal life.

Each class is led by an experienced and competent instructor, and does not require regular admission to the college or a high school diploma or GED. Classes are designed to upgrade many of the skills needed by area employers and workers to meet the challenges of an ever-changing workplace. In addition, we offer a variety of personal enrichment classes to provide new skills, growth and enjoyment at any age or stage of life.
