South Georgia Technical College is offering a free TEAS Prep Course on Thursday, June 18th, 2026 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the South Georgia Technical College Americus campus for aspiring LPN to RN Bridge nursing students. This introductory session for the TEAS test prep will introduce students to the test structure and basics. It will focus on the concepts covered for Science, as well as the must-knows for Math and Verbal/English sections. The course will cover many of the most commonly questioned areas, however, a complete review of Math/Science is beyond the scope, and the course is intended to ensure students know what’s on the test so they can prepare with particular focus on concepts they may not yet fully understand.
Students interested in enrolling in the competitive admissions process for the LPN to RN Bridge program must take the TEAS test. The next TEAS test at South Georgia Technical College is set for June 22nd.
Aspiring LPN to RN Bridge students who take part in the free TEAS Prep Course and are accepted into the program at SGTC will receive a $500 SGTC Foundation Scholarship applied to their first semester in the program.
