If you would like to formally report concerns about academic issues, campus services, faculty interactions, or policy violations, complete the, Student Complaint Form. This gives students a structured way to voice problems, seek resolution, and ensure their concerns are reviewed fairly. Submitting a complaint helps the college identify issues, improve the student experience, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

If you would like to share an interest, complaint, concern or grievance regarding South Georgia Technical College, please first complete and submit the following form, MEMORANDUM TO THE PRESIDENT.

Once the Memorandum to the President has been filed, you may submit a complaint to the Technical College System of Georgia by filling out the following form, TCSG Program Integrity Complaint Form.
