SGTC and The Staffing People Partner for Hiring Event

South Georgia Technical College (SGTC) and The Staffing People, a staffing and human resources company in Americus, recently joined forces to hold a hiring event in the James S. Peters Gymnasium on the SGTC campus. Nearly forty companies were on hand with jobs available for qualified candidates, and more than 100 job seekers participated in the event.

“Under one roof, employers were able to interact with a diverse talent pool of job seekers for their open positions,” stated Nichole Adams of The Staffing People. “We look forward to partnering again with South Georgia Technical College for another hiring event in the near future.”

Most of the companies still have positions available for job seekers who meet the respective qualifications.
