South Georgia Tech spring semester C-Term classes begin March 13th

Criminal Justice Technology is one many programs offering classes for SGTC’s abbreviated C-Term during spring semester.

South Georgia Technical College is offering day, evening, and online eight week classes beginning March 13th on both the Americus and Crisp County Center campuses. The eight-week classes are part of the Spring Semester C-term which begins March 13th and ends May 2nd.

C-Term class offerings will include courses in Air Conditioning Technology, Culinary Arts, Medical Assisting, Electrical Systems Technology, Industrial Systems Technology, Marketing Management, Recreation and Leisure Management, General Core, Commercial Truck Driving, Criminal Justice Technology, Emergency Medical Technician, Practical Nursing, Welding and Joining Technology, and more.

Additional financial aid is available to HOPE eligible students in the following programs through the SIWDG (Strategic Industries Workforce Development Grant): Commercial Truck Driving, Diesel Equipment Technology, Early Childhood Care and Education, Electronics Technology, Industrial Systems Technology, Machine Tool Technology, Medical Coding, Networking Specialist, Nurse Aid, Phlebotomy Technician, Practical Nursing, and Welding and Joining Technology.

South Georgia Tech offers over 200 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs. South Georgia Tech continues to offer textbooks at no cost to students (excluding consumables such as workbooks and other supplies) through the Free Books program.
