SGTC Crisp County Center students enjoy “Pancakes with the President”

   South Georgia Technical College Crisp County Center students, faculty, and staff were invited to a “Pancakes with the President” event recently at the Midway Campus.  This gave individuals the opportunity to meet with SGTC President Dr. John Watford and his wife, Barbara, in an informal setting.

   The event was held in the LaPorte Auditorium on the Crisp County Center campus and Chef Johnny Davis and his Culinary Arts students prepared the pancakes and trimming and SGTC officials and President and Mrs. Watford served the students.

   The “Pancakes with the President” meal began shortly before 6 p.m. and day-time and night-time students had the opportunity to have a night-time breakfast featuring pancakes, bacon, sausage, fruit, and other items. 

   Everyone seemed to have a great time visiting with the President.
