Audra Cook Ekkel named Student Affairs Administrative Assistant at SGTC

Audra Cook Ekkel is the new Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Student Affairs at South Georgia Technical College, announced South Georgia Technical College President Dr. John Watford. She reports to Eulish Kinchens, Vice President of Student Affairs.

Ekkel has worked at South Georgia Technical College as the Registrar Assistant since August 2014.  Prior to joining the Registrar’s office at SGTC, Ekkel worked as the Operations Manager, Associate Account Manager, and Quality Control and Training Manager at PharmaCentra in Americus for six years.  She attended Darton State College and Georgia Southwestern State University.

As the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs, Ekkel will be providing support and office administration for the Student Affairs office including administrative tasks and assignments which may include budget, procurement, contacts, inventory control, personnel, safety, security and reports as well as special projects and committees.

She is married to Hank Ekkel of Americus and the couple has five children.
