Jets, Lady Jets split with East Georgia

The South Georgia Technical College Jets and Lady Jets closed out the regular season Saturday with split Georgia College Athletic Association (GCAA) decisions against East Georgia State College as part of the SGTC Alumni-Sophomore Day celebration. The Lady Jets suffered a hard fought 86 – 78 overtime loss to the 22nd nationally ranked East Georgia Lady Bobcats but the Jets finished the season with an 86 – 74 win over the East Georgia Bobcats in the second half of the double-header.
