Jets win quarterfinal round of NJCAA Region 17 Tournament against Southern Crescent

The South Georgia Technical College Jets came from behind with the help of Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) Player of the Year Jalen Reynolds and Freshman of the Year Will Johnson to take a narrow 69 – 64 win over the Southern Crescent Tigers in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 17 tournament quarterfinals. Jets play Friday at 7 p.m. in Waycross against South Georgia State College in the semi-final round.
