Lady Jets fall to Northwest Florida State in NJCAA National Tournament

The top-ranked South Georgia Technical College Lady Jets Cinderella season came to a heartbreaking crash Saturday in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division 1 Women’s national tournament when the eventual NJCAA National Champion Northwest Florida State Raiders overcame an 18-point deficit in the third quarter to capture a 72 – 61 win and move on to the NJCAA Final Four and National Championship match-ups.
