VIDEO: Lady Jets Watch the NJCAA National Tournament Selection Show

The Lady Jets gathered in the John M. Pope Center early Monday morning to learn who they will face in the first round of the NJCAA National Tournament in Lubbock, TX on March 19. The team, coaches and supporters gathered around the live stream of the NJCAA Selection Show to find out the team will face the 10th ranked Casper Lady Thunderbirds in the first round on Monday at 5:00 PM EST.

The Lady Jets enter the tournament as the N0. 23 seed.

“We feel pretty good about where we are, and we’re excited obviously to be going,” Lady Jets head coach James Frey said. “Hopefully we can get this team to understand that everybody we’re about to see is the best there is and so we’ve got to bring our A-game. We have one shot at, and if you don’t succeed you’re done – but if you do then you get one more shot.”
