Program Overview

The Certified Customer Service Specialist program provides training in the core interpersonal and technical skill required to deliver exceptional customer service in a broad range of customer contact jobs

Entrance Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for admission. Age: 16 years or older Placement: Achievement of appropriate scores on the college's placement test or submission of acceptable SAT or ACT scores. Compass - writing 32, reading 70, algebra 28, or Asset - writing 37, reading 38, algebra 37 or SAT scores of 430 critical reading and 400 math or ACT scores of 13 reading, 12 English, and 17 math. Provisional Admission accepted.
