Americus, Ga – South Georgia Technical College held a study skills workshop recently for students on the school’s Americus campus. Deo Cochran, Retention and Coaching Specialist, presented a program on the Top 10 Study Skills for College Students to a group of SGTC students.

The student support services at South Georgia Technical College are designed to enhance students’ education and college experience to help them succeed in their career goals. Educational resources available to students include tutoring, college skills course, study skills workshops, and more.

For career development, SGTC offers career exploration, job readiness resources and workshops, and career skills training.
