TCSG Behavioral Intervention Team and Clery Team Leadership symposium held at South Georgia Tech

Cordele, GA – South Georgia Technical College hosted the Technical College System of Georgia Behavioral Intervention Team and Clery Team Chairs Leadership Symposium on the college’s Crisp County Center campus on North Midway Road in Cordele, GA recently.

   South Georgia Technical College President Dr. John Watford welcomed the individuals from across the state to the South Georgia Technical College Crisp County Center campus. He stressed the importance of safety on all college campuses and thanked the individuals for attending the symposium. He also thanked participants for their diligence in working to insure the safety of the students on the South Georgia Tech campus and each technical college campus in the system.

   Jennifer Ziifle, Director of Campus Safety for the Technical College System of Georgia, hosted the symposium that was attended by technical college representatives from across Georgia. The participants received updates from national professional organizations regarding the implementation of Behavioral Intervention practices as well as the annual security reports by the Department of Education.
